South Guest House

The South Guest House A guest house (150 sq m / 1,600 sq ft) with a large mezzanine, currently used as an office, is adjacent to the château. A living room, bedroom, Turkish bath, sauna, bathroom and a kitchenette occupy the ground floor. A large laundry room is located next to this luxuriously appointed guest house. This building was restored in 2004 and can be easily redesigned to fit the specific requirements of a new owner. The North Guest House Another two-story guest house (140 sq m / 1,500 sq ft) is located about 70 meters/200 feet to the north of the château. It features a hallway, garage and storage room on the ground floor, and a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor.

The Caretaker House

The caretaker's house (130 sq m / 1,400 sq ft) is located near the north side of the château. The ground floor contains a hallway, living room, kitchen, bathroom and storage space. On the second floor are three bedrooms, a bathroom and storage space.

The Staff House #1

The staff house of 120 sq m (1,300 sq ft) includes several garages on the ground floor and a 3-bedroom apartment on the second.

The Staff House #2

A second staff house (110 sq m / 1,200 sq ft) has mostly working space on the first floor, with a living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom on the second floor.

The Barn and Garage

A 380 sq m (4,100 sq ft) two story barn and garage building is located close to the caretaker's house.

The Storage, Office and Garage Building

A two-story building 680 sq m (7,300 sq ft), used as a work area for the orchards, is located at the entrance of the property.
